ULVAC HELIOT 900 Series helium leak detectors

ULVAC HELIOT Helium Leak Detectors

We supply, commission, and service the complete range of ULVAC HELIOT helium mass spectrometer leak detectors. All HELIOT models use the same 90° magnetic deflection mass spectrometer principle and detect helium as the tracer gas. They differ in form factor, backing pump type, and pumping capacity.

HELIOT 900 Series — Current Generation

ULVAC HELIOT 900 tablet controller standby — circular analogue gauge with digital leak rate readout and START button

The HELIOT 900 series is the current ULVAC production generation. Five models cover desktop and mobile cart configurations, with oil rotary vane or dry scroll backing pumps. All 900 series instruments include a wireless Android tablet controller, four test modes (Ultra Flow, Fine Flow, Gross Flow, Sniffer), and RS-232C/RS-485/EXT.I/O interfaces.

HELIOT 710 Series — Previous Generation

The HELIOT 710 series is a discontinued generation, superseded by the HELIOT 900. Despite discontinuation, 710 series instruments remain widely installed worldwide and are fully serviceable. We supply parts (IS-BA1 ion source, calibration leaks, filters, O-rings) and provide complete repair and maintenance service for all 710 models.

HELIOT MONO — Module Type for Machine Integration

ULVAC HELIOT MONO module-type helium leak detector — compact self-contained unit for machine integration

The HELIOT MONO is a compact module-type unit designed to integrate into automated leak test machines and production lines. Unlike the standard HELIOT 900 series, it has no built-in display or cart — it is controlled entirely via the EXT.I/O interface or RS-232C. Minimum footprint for embedded integration.
