ULVAC HELIOT ZERO — Helium Leak Detector
The HELIOT ZERO is a compact ULVAC helium mass spectrometer leak detector designed for high-speed leak testing in automated production environments. It is optimised for fast cycle time rather than maximum sensitivity, making it well suited to high-throughput leak test stations on production lines.
Design Concept
The HELIOT ZERO is a module-type instrument — like the HELIOT MONO, it has no built-in display or operator controls. All operation is via the EXT.I/O interface or RS-232C serial communication. It is intended for integration into automated test machines and production cells.
The ZERO is distinguished by its emphasis on short cycle time: fast pump-down, fast helium response, and fast atmospheric recovery between test cycles. Minimum detectable leak rate is 1×10⁻¹² Pa·m³/s (Ultra Flow mode), comparable to the HELIOT MONO and 710 series.
