ULVAC HELIOT 908W1 Helium Leak Detector
The HELIOT 908W1 is a desktop helium mass spectrometer leak detector in the ULVAC HELIOT 900 series. It uses an oil rotary vane backing pump with a pumping speed of 30 L/min. Like all HELIOT 900 series instruments, it uses the IS-BA1 cartridge-type ion source and a 90° magnetic deflection mass spectrometer for helium and hydrogen detection.

Ion Source
The IS-BA1 (part number 210004573200) is the ion source for the HELIOT 908W1, as confirmed by the ULVAC product documentation. It is a closed cartridge-type ion source with two Ir/Y₂O₃ filaments (A and B), replacing without analyser disassembly. See Spare Parts for ordering information.
