Who We Are
We are an experienced independent international technical team specialising in service, commissioning, and training for ULVAC HELIOT helium mass spectrometer leak detectors already owned or operated by our customers.
Our focus is narrow and our knowledge is deep. We service the complete HELIOT product family — current HELIOT 900 series and legacy 710, 700, and 301 series — based on official manufacturer engineering documentation and extensive hands-on field experience.
What Makes Us Different
Specialist focus. We work only with HELIOT equipment. This is not one service among many — it is our sole specialisation.
Documentation-based work. Our technical work follows official manufacturer engineering documentation, including the HELIOT 900 Series Operations Manual. We do not work from guesswork or reverse engineering.
International English-language delivery. We conduct all services, training, and communications in English — a single point of contact for multinational companies operating facilities in many countries.
On-site worldwide. We travel to your location. Our customers include companies in Europe, Asia, North America, and the Middle East.
