ULVAC HELIOT 908W2 Helium Leak Detector
The HELIOT 908W2 is a mobile-cart helium mass spectrometer leak detector in the ULVAC HELIOT 900 series. It uses an oil rotary vane backing pump with a pumping speed of 135 L/min — the same as the HELIOT 904W2, in a different form factor. Ion Source
The IS-BA1 (part number 210004573200) is the ion source for the HELIOT 908W2, as confirmed by the ULVAC product documentation. It is a closed cartridge-type ion source with two Ir/Y₂O₃ filaments (A and B), replacing without analyser disassembly. See Spare Parts for ordering information.
